Returns & Refunds

Because our items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size selected, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing issue, we’ll help right away.

Please email us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (and the packaging if it arrived damaged)

After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production quickly after purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once production has started.

Address Issues and Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was entered incorrectly or the delivery could not be completed, we may be able to reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.
