6. We print it and ship it to you

Personalization note (important)

If you’re ordering more than one mug (or for multiple dogs), please customize and add each item to the cart one at a time (upload photo + name for Item #1 → Add to cart, then repeat for Item #2).
This helps ensure each mug keeps the correct photo/name at checkout.
