Thank you for shopping with The Dog Care Hub. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and delivered.


Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses only.

We do not offer international shipping. If an order is placed with a non-U.S. shipping address, we may need to cancel the order and issue a refund.


Order Processing & Production

All products sold on The Dog Care Hub are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner.

Because items are custom-made (including personalized photo products), production typically begins shortly after purchase.

Production time: Most orders enter production within 1–3 business days.


Shipping Timeframes (United States)

After production is complete, orders are shipped to the U.S. address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery time (U.S.): 3–7 business days after production

Please note: delivery estimates can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.


Shipping Rates (Including Free Shipping on Select Items)

Shipping costs depend on the product and shipping method selected.

Free U.S. standard shipping is available on select products.
If an item qualifies, it will be clearly shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

For items that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders with multiple items:
If your cart includes both free-shipping and non-free-shipping items, shipping charges may apply to the items that do not qualify.

Important note: Free shipping (when offered) applies to U.S. standard shipping only and does not include expedited shipping options.


Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
